• This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No refunds, changes or exchanges are permitted.
  • This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and date and time for which it is issued. Dialogue in the Dark accepts no liability for lost or stolen tickets.
  • It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Each ticket can only be scanned and used once for the session date and time printed on the ticket.
  • Your concession or student identification must be presented with the printout of your ticket on the day of your visit. Photo identification must also be presented. Failure to present your concession or student identification with photo ID could result in the payment of full admission.
  • Entry at the booked session time will be subject to safety considerations and the capacity of the exhibition space.
  • Dialogue in the Dark has the right to refuse entry if you are late for your booked session.
  • Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and controlled substances may not be brought onto Dialogue in the Dark premises.
  • Food and drink cannot be taken into the exhibition space.
  • The use of cameras, video cameras, mobile phones and other light emitting devices is strictly prohibited in within the exhibition.
  • Glow in the dark items such as watches, devices, t-shirts or other clothing are strictly prohibited in within the exhibition.
  • Children under 5 are not permitted. Children 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult (18 years+) at all times.
    Please be aware that if you are accompanying a child through the tour if in the event of child needing to leave the tour, the adult must accompany the child (plus any other children in their care) out of exhibition.
  • Please advise Dialogue in the Dark prior to your session time if any special assistance will be required.
  • All personal items must be deposited in to lockers.
  • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that Dialogue in the Dark and employees are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
  • Visitors with mobility requirements such as wheel chairs, walking assistance or any other condition or injury that may impede mobility and safety within the Dialogue in the Dark Experience (including, but not limited, to injured arms, shoulders, hands and feet) must contact 1300 411 881 in order to make arrangements for tours. If not advised prior to visit a tour may be delayed or need to be rescheduled.
  • This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket.
  • Dialogue in the Dark reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Dialogue in the Dark to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other Dialogue in the Dark conditions of entry. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.
  • Unauthorised or unlawful resale or attempted resale of this ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
  • Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
  • The ticket holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued. The ticket holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicised, and hereby grants permission to utilise the ticket holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
